FAQ: I try to enter the patient's credit card number and I get a message that says "invalid card". What am I doing wrong?

Step 1: Verify you are entering the correct number of digits for the card number - 16 for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover and 15 for American Express.

Step 2: Next, verify you have selected the correct card type. Visa starts with the number four (4), MasterCard starts with the number five (5), Discover starts with the number six (6), and American Express starts with the numbers thirty-four (34) or thirty-seven (37).

Canadian Merchants: You may process Interac cards ONLY if there is a Visa or Mastercard logo.
