Account Users: Why can't an account user edit their own permissions?

Last updated on 14 Sept, 2025

Account users cannot edit the permissions given to them by the person of authority. If the account user wishes to have a permission added/removed they will need to contact the Admin/Owner or another user with permissions. Do not contact CashPractice.com to change the settings for the user. Only Admin/Owner or another user with permissions can change a user's permissions.
