Legal: Are the care plans created by the Care Plan Calculator® System legal?

We cannot give legal advice. However, we have members throughout the USA, Canada & Europe who are using the plans successfully.

For Chiropractors in the USA, you are responsible for checking with your state licensing board and state laws. (For example, some states require that any money collected over $500 for services in advance must be put into an escrow account, another state may not allow pre-pays.) If you need help with compliance, insurance, or legalities we recommend contacting The Chiropractic Reimbursement and Compliance Experts at KMC University. (Let them know you were referred by Cash Practice.)

In the USA all health care providers must abide by the OIG (Office of Inspector General) recommendations for discounted services. More information HERE. Please see the [Terms of Use] link at the bottom of any Cash Practice® Systems web page for the full explanation.
