ASM: How do I schedule a meeting with my Account Success Manager?

Your Account Success Manager [ASM] is provided to you at no extra charge to help you and your entire team successfully implement Cash Practice Systems!

  • Monday - Thursday 5:30 am-4:30 pm PST

  • Friday 5:30 am-3:00 pm PST

To schedule a 10-minute one-on-one call or web meeting with your Account Success Manager, follow the instructions below: 

Step 1: Hover your mouse over the [Support] menu → Click the link that says [Schedule 10 min Call with ASM].



Step 3: A popup window will appear with available dates and times in your timezone. Click on the desired time to proceed to the next step. You can move to future dates by clicking the > icon.

Step 4: Fill out the form with your contact information and click [Continue]. You will receive a confirmation email to the address entered and a reminder email on the appointment day. 

Step 5: Review the information and click [Confirm Booking].
