Merchant Accounts: Can I use my existing merchant account to swipe payments in Cash Practice®?

To ensure full integration and functionality, Cash Practice® works exclusively with our merchant provider, Nuvei/WorkWell. Because of this, existing outside merchant accounts cannot be used with our platform.

Our Merchant Services team will help you set up 2 specific merchant account to handle your credit card processing:

  • MOTO (Keyed / Card-on-File): No hardware is required. This account uses a virtual terminal to process manually keyed-in payments, cards stored on file, online forms and recurring transactions.

  • RETAIL (Swiped / Dipped): Used for in-person transactions. This account is compatible with several devices, including USB swipers, CP Mobile Bluetooth readers, and EMV terminals.
