Chirotouch: How to create a Cash Practice patient record through ChiroTouch, without charging the patient

After you've entered a patient's demographic information into Chirotouch, they will automatically be added to Cash Practice when you use any of the Auto-Debit System payment tools. Alternatively, you can access the patient's account directly through Chirotouch before using payment tools!

Step 1:
1. From the patient's ChiroTouch ledger, click on the [Tools] button.
2. Next, click [Cash Practice] to open the Cash Practice menu.

Step 2: From the Cash Practice menu, select [Patient Info].

This will open the patient record in a new window, displaying their account details. For patients who did not have an existing Cash Practice patient record, this will automatically create one for them, using their demographic information and TPS ID that was stored within their ledger.

NOTE: Your patient's demographics will only sync to their Cash Practice patient record the first time you trigger the automatic creation of their patient record. This means, if you collect any new demographics from your patient, you will need to access their Cash Practice patient record and manually update their record.
