Dashboard: How to Clear Messages from the Message Center

The Message Center is to help you and your team stay up to date with upcoming Cash Practice® events, updates to the website and more!

Getting Started:

Step 1: From your Dashboard, click on the [Open] button on the message in the Message Center.

Step 2: Once the message opens, you may read the announcement and close out of the window when done. Once you close out of the message that you opened, it will automatically be removed from the Message Center and will be marked as "read."

 

If you would like to access past messages in the Message Center that have been marked as "read" from your Dashboard Message Center, you will click on the envelope icon in the top right-hand corner of your Dashboard, next to your User Profile.

This will load a page where you can access "All Messages, Read, Unread, Marked Normal, Marked Important, Marked Urgent, Unarchived, and Archived." From the Admin account, it will also show which account users have read or not read the messages.
