FAQ: Does the Auto-Debit System® automatically reprocess declined payments?

No, when a payment is declined, you must either [Reschedule] or [Cancel] it.

Be aware that for accounts scheduling auto-debits, if the payment declines, our system will automatically email your patient the option to reprocess that payment through a Cash Practice Online Form. Click HERE for more information.
