In order to participate in the EPIC donation program, the following is required.

As you know you will soon be able to accept EPIC donations, however, in order to do so, you're required to have an EPIC members-only Cash Practice account for $49/mo. The account includes the Care Plan Calculator for creating professional and compliant care plans that integrate your ChiroHealthUSA discounts. You will also have full access to the Auto-Debit System, which will be used for collecting donations and all of your other payment processing needs.

In order to accept EPIC donations you will need to set up your merchant accounts with us. Don't worry...there is NO CONTRACTS and we have a special processing rate just for EPIC members. (We beat 99% of our competitor's rates!)

After completing the online application, you will receive an email within 1 business day (from DocuSign) with the merchant agreement for your electronic signatures.
