The Wellness Score® System: This system is used to easily communicate and track clinical results for your patients by providing them with a report card, using a letter grade to measure their overall health. This is a great tool to use with your report of findings and re-exams. These graded reports will allow you to demonstrate the need for care with written reports of your objective findings.
Software Integration: This system is integrated with ChiroTouch® & Genesis®.
There are two ways to get trained:

Step 2. Review preloaded content within your account:
Determine the parameters you would like to use which can be found following the instructions HERE.
Check out the Parameter Sets - which are the equivalent of the Wellness Score reports
Step 3. Create/customize Parameter Sets in the WS Settings
Step 4. Complete the Wellness Score® Report Settings
Step 5. Schedule a quick 10-min Q&A call with your Account Success Manager to answer any additional questions or to give you a little extra help (Instructions below)
Who should train: We recommend that the provider and staff with clinical knowledge are the ones who primarily participate in training. Once the primary training has been done, all staff should know the basics of using the Wellness Score® System. After having watched the training videos to learn & understand the basics, we are more than happy to schedule a web meeting with your office to answer any additional questions or to give you a little extra help.
