Dues: Is there a late fee charge if my membership payment declines/returns?

Last updated on 14 Sept, 2025

A $10 Late Payment Fee is added after the 25th day of declining for a credit card on file. If you have a bank account on file for membership dues, a $10 Late Payment is added for each time the system attempts to reprocess the returned or declined payment. For a bank account, if the payment declines the account may automatically suspend. You will be sent an email asking you to update your credit card/bank account each time it declines. If your billing is not updated and the membership payment has not been received after 25 days, your account will be suspended and a $10 late fee will be applied to the balance due. If your billing is not updated and the membership payment has not been received after 55 days, your account will be closed and a $200 reactivation fee is added to reactivate your account.
