Introducing the patient Profile! You may already know this, but Cash Practice® is comprised of four very important and unique systems that allow our members to attract, enroll, and retain more patients. All of these pieces combined form the image you see below:
To make it easy for you to know what systems have been used for each patient, we added the Puzzle Profile image that indicates which systems have been used for a patient. Use this as an indicator to let you know what a patient is missing. Let's take a look:
Getting Started:
Step 1: To locate which systems your patients are currently participating in, we must search for them. Head to the [Patients] menu at the top of the screen and click on the [Search Patients]
Step 2: This brings us to the Search page. Narrow down the desired search criteria here and click the [Search] button at the bottom.
Step 3: Patient Profile Explained
As seen in the image above, each of our patients listed have pieces of the puzzle filled in. This represents their activity or participation in the systems. Ideally, these would be completely filled like our patient here, Mary Smith. They are as follows:
Wellness Score® (green): A Wellness Report was completed in the last 30 days.
Cash Plan Calculator® (blue): The patient was active on a plan within the last year.
Auto-Debit System® (purple): Actively scheduled for payments, or a payment was collected in the last 30 days.
Drip-Education® (red): Active subscription to campaign emails.
