The Staff Bonus Calculator™ is based on monthly collections and works as follows:
Each employee is given a bonus base. This is the dollar amount that must be collected before their bonus begins.
The bonus is calculated as follows: For every $1,000 collected over their base, their hourly wage increases by a specified increment multiplied by the number of $1,000's over the base.
For example, the employee is bonused when collections are good. There is no bonus when collections are down. This bonus system allows them to see how collections impact their paycheck.
Let's say their base is $24k, and their increment is $0.20, and you collect $30k ($6k over their base); their bonus would be (6 x $0.20 = $1.20 per hour). They would earn an additional $1.20 per hour!
Getting Started:
Step 1: Enter In Last Months Collections.
Step 2: Enter in a Message to your Staff.
Step 3: Click the [Bonus Report] button to generate the bonus report.
The calculator will automatically round down to the nearest $1,000 to calculate the bonuses. Bonus Reports will be created for each account user with Bonus Settings. Include the Bonus Report with your employee's first paycheck of the month. This way they know how much they will be earning for the current month.
