Access: Help, I can't sign in to my account.

There are several reasons this may be happening.  

1. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Be sure to check that you do not have Caps Lock on.

2. The account Admin/Owner or user with [My Account] permissions can log in to verify the correct username. For instructions on how to do so click HERE.

3. The account user may be trying to log in outside of the allowed log-in days/times. The account Admin/Owner or user with [My Account] permissions can log in to verify permissions. For instructions on how to do so click HERE.

4. You can request an email to be sent to the account used by going to the [Sign In] page and clicking on [Forgot Username/Password].

5. You're not meant to work today. ;)
