Access: Why do I keep getting logged out?

Cash Practice® Systems uses the time-out feature for security reasons. It provides protection not only for your information and the information of your patients but also for the website itself.

When left inactive for a period of time, the website automatically logs the user out. Simply entering data into the same window will not eliminate the time-out feature.

If you are working on the same page of the website for up to approximately 30 minutes, you should refresh your page to prevent this issue from occurring.  The timer is refreshed every time your page is refreshed or you navigate to a different page.

If possible, popup blockers should be disabled, as they will interfere with the performance of some features.  If you do not want to disable the popup blocker, be sure to set your web browser's popup blocker to allow popups from "bodzin.net".  In addition, third-party security programs with pop-up blockers should also be set to allow pop-ups from "bodzin.net".
