Manage Patients: Why am I unable to inactivate a patient account?

Any of the following will prevent a patient from being inactivated.

  • Active Auto-Debit

  • Active Campaign Subscription

History of any of the following in the last 30 days will also prevent a patient from being inactivated.

Meaning, an active patient cannot have any of the following activities within the last 30 days. 

  • Billing/transaction history

  • Wellness Score­­® Run or Edited for Patient

  • Cash Plan Run or Edited for Patient

  • Patient Order for Patient

  • Email Receipt for Patient

  • Email Sent from Drip-Education® to Patient

  • Patient Group Assigned to Patient

  • Patient Checks In or Out

  • Patient Note

  • Patient Opens Email

  • Patient Removes themself from Drip-Education®  Email

  • Patient Complains as Spam from Drip-Education® Email

  • Patient Email Bounces from Drip-Education®

  • Patient Clicks Link Tracker

Only after 30 days of inactivity, can the patient record be inactivated.
