The Drip-Education® System comes with many Drip-Ed™ Variables that you may use to customize your broadcasts and campaign emails. Variables are for your contact information, your patient's information, and also billing information! Although you do not have the ability to create variables for your company information or for billing, you will, however, have the ability to create Custom Patient Fields. This will allow you to add custom information to your patient accounts.
For example, perhaps you want to document the insurance provider (if applicable) for each of your patients.
You will have to create the custom fields before we can use any "custom" variables in your emails. For more information on this feature, see How do I create custom patient fields?
