Yes, the Care Plans produced by the Care Plan Calculator® System has been reviewed by the California Department of Managed Care and were determined to not require licensure, as submitted. If you make significant changes to the Care Plan Document, you will need to submit the new care plan to the Department of Managed Care for review.
