Optimizing Your Payment Processing with Our Auto-Debit System®

Your payment processing costs are based on several key factors:

  • Card Type: Fees may vary depending on whether your clients use credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods.

  • Card Network: Different card networks (like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) have unique processing costs.

  • Industry Category: Businesses in different industries (e.g., retail, healthcare, e-commerce) often have distinct fee structures.

Our software picks the proper merchant account based on your processing method, helping you minimize processing expenses and maximize your profitability.

Optional Bank EFT Merchant Account

We offer an optional Bank EFT merchant account for processing bank account transactions. This account features a flat processing rate of 1.79% with a $0.50 transaction fee and a $15 monthly minimum fee. You have the flexibility to opt in or out of this account at any time.

PCI Compliance: Ensuring Your Security

We adhere to strict PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliance requirements mandated by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express to safeguard your business and your clients' information. This program helps prevent fraud and protect sensitive data.

  • Automatic Enrollment: Once your merchant accounts are approved, you will be automatically enrolled with Aperia/WorkWell for PCI compliance. Aperia's pricing is available HERE.

  • Existing Certificates: If you already have a valid PCI Certificate, please provide it to us so we can update your profile with the processing bank.

  • Annual Requirement: PCI compliance is an annual requirement with quarterly vulnerability scans.

  • Failure to comply: Failure to maintain PCI compliance may result in additional monthly penalty fees.

Transparent Pricing and Flexibility

We believe in complete transparency and offer flexible terms.

  • 30-Day Rate Validity: All quoted rates are valid for 30 days.

  • No Long-Term Contracts: We do not require long-term contracts, allowing you the freedom to cancel at any time without penalty.
