Your Auto-Debit Stats are found at the bottom of the Auto-Debit Report Generator™ report. The stats only reflect the auto-debits in the report. If you limit the report with the search options, the stats will be limited to the auto-debits included.
Total Value of all Next Payments: This is the total of all the next payments listed in the report.
This answers the question, "How much revenue will be collected with the next set of payments?"
Total Value of all Scheduled Payments: This is the total of all the auto-debit values listed in the report.
This answers the question, "How much total revenue will these auto-debits result in?"
Total Value of all Accounts Receivable: This is the total amount of money still outstanding for all the auto-debits listed on the report.
This answers the question, "How much revenue is still left from these auto-debits?"
Total Amount Processed: This is the total amount of money processed. This includes accepted & declined payments.
This answers the question, "How much of the revenue has already been processed?"
Total Amount Accepted: This is the total amount of money processed & accepted.
This answers the question, "What is my total revenue amount that has been collected from these auto-debits?"
