The Corrective Care plan has a start and end to it. It is designed for new patients.
The Wellness Care plan has no end date. It goes on indefinitely on a month-to-month or week-to-week basis.
Under the [Systems] menu →[Care Plan Calculator® System] →[Setup] → [CPC Settings] step 2, you can change the name of the plans. Full instructions HERE.
Note: Wellness Care plans do not offer payment option 2 (Initial + Recurring). This is because patients on indefinite payments should not have to make a new down payment.
