Manage Plans: How do I archive a care plan/template?

Getting started:

Step 1: Locate the plan you wish to archive See HERE on how to locate your plans.

Step 2: From the search results there are two  ways to archive:

  1. From the [More] button on the right side of the page, select [Archive Plan] or [Archive Template]. Then click [OK].

  2. Check the box next to the plan/template you want to Archive, then click the [Archive Checked] button on the bottom left of the page. Click [OK].

Can't see the [Archive] options? If you are unable to see the [Archive] button like the image displays, have your Account Owner/Admin verify that your User Account has the "Archive Plans" permission allowed.
