You don't have to wait to start "expanding the shape." To turn on Version 3.0 today:
Log in to your Cash Practice account.
Click the announcement message on your dashboard before February 28th. (If the activation announcement message is gone, then someone in your office has already flipped the switch on!)
Please note: All accounts will be automatically converted to the new Version 3.0 between 4/1/26 and 4/30/26.

The Goal: "Expand the Shape": As patients progress through your care plan, they’ll see their results push the yellow line outward in every direction.

Sharing results is now faster and more professional than ever. We’ve streamlined how you deliver the "Report Card":
Comparison Reports: Instantly generate side-by-side comparison reports to show the patient exactly how much their "shape" has expanded and their grade has improved since their last visit.
One-Click Delivery: You can now print high-quality individual wellness reports or email them directly to the patient with a single click, keeping them engaged with their progress even after they leave your office.

In the past, parameters were shared among all users, which meant you couldn't customize them. Not anymore!
Total Control: You now get your own copy of every biomarker in the library.
The Biomarker Library: Just like our Drip Education® email system, you can browse the library and "Get a Copy" of any biomarker into your account.
Customization: Want to change how a biomarker is measured or interpreted? You now have the power to edit data tables and settings to fit your specific practice style.

We’ve renamed "Parameter Sets" to Biomarker Exams. It’s more than just a name change—building them is now incredibly simple:
Drag-and-Drop Building: No more labor-intensive, one-at-a-time adding. Simply drag a biomarker from your list into the exam column, and you're done.
Instant Categorization: See exactly which categories are being graded in real-time as you build your exam.
